URL for Portal/J launch directly to panel with key data

Example of shortcut URL launching Java web start to log into Asset Suite and jump to a panel with key data.

Asset Suite Portal/J user used SendMail... icon to send Portal/J panel ID with panel's key data via email. Recipient of email should be able to click URL, launch Asset Suite and be automatically navigated to the panel with the key data having been accessed.
