URL in email from Portal/J Send Mail does not navigate to panel. Portal/J version 10.0.07.015. Architecture version 11.0.0.
Portal/J user clicks Send Mail... icon to email recipient. Portal/J creates email with URL for launching Portal/J via Webstart and navigating to a particular panel with key data.
The URL contained within the email does launch Portal/J, the user receives the log in panel, successfully logs in, but is not navigated to the target panel.

The email recipient should log into the Asset Suite region known as "devl", be automatically navigated to the M100 panel and access Work Order 00004820.
As of November 2011 it is thought this problem is related to the recipient PC's default Java Virtual Machine (JVM) not matching the Java Runtime Environment (JRE) required by Portal/J. PC's default JVM is 1.6.0_26 (Windows command prompt with command "java -version"). JRE required by Portal/J is 1.5.0_15. Can't yet make sense of it because Portal/J and Asset Suite are accessed.
