Motorola MC9190-G with Windows CE, aka Windows Mobile 6.0, working with AWI

Installed Windows CE for the sole purpose of getting the best possible QVGA display of AWI.

AWI hosted on Citrix XenApp.

Citrix Receiver 10.06 or 11.5.

Motorola DataWedge 3.1. (Could not get DataWedge 3.3 to install although manually executing, click DataWedge.exe file, from SDHC card works.)

Notes:

1. What scanner is in the MC9190-G? Control Panel > SystemInfo > tab ConfigInfo, entry Scanner.

2. Had strange experience where MC9190-G worked with a 16 GB SDHC card, but not with a 4 GB SDHC card. Could not figure out why.

3. No configuration of "postamble" or similar was done.

4. Internet Explorer on MC9190-G with Windows CE and Windows Mobile 6.5 does not work with all websites. For example the Citrix download site cannot be used (as of January 2012) because it's impossible to get to the right side of the web pages.

5. No Task Manager in Windows CE, agh!

6. It is possible to save attachments from gmail accessed via Internet Explorer to the MC9190-G.

7. When the main battery is removed, it takes about 20 minutes for the memory battery to discharge enough that data in memory is lost, including installed applications like DataWedge and Citrix Receiver.
