If using tigpsseg.csm be sure to populate MESSAGE-PSSEG from a TIDMSG lookup whenever MSG-CODE-PSSEG is being populated. Tigckact.csm is using MESSAGE-PSSEG to populate MSG-PARM-COM and this is what bubbles up to the top for panel display.
