Asset Suite / PassPortGeek

Could not get a COBOL program containing Ventyx EXEC SQL and invokation of Java to work. Recently found MicroFocus help and need to experiment.

It would be slick to establish the database connection in COBOL and pass the connection to Java. The benefit would be that the Java would not have to access the region definition files (*.INI).
