Asset Suite / PassPortGeek

I am trying to understand terminal id's better. There is this panel TIMX993 and it should the terminal table information. What is the actual table in Asset Suite that I can query to find this info? Anyway--what is Timeout Cycle verses Timout Delay? Is Cycle when it looks to clean up id's and delay is how long since last active? What are the typical settings and ranges? We ran out of id's in load testing and I need to know if it's our settings OR if some cleanup isn't happening-- perhaps something I need to add to the scripts.... We get PortalJ Fatal Exceptions.
